AMD CodeXL Developer Tool at AFDS 2012
Last week AMD opened their AFDS summit with a new unified profiling and debugging tool CodeXL for both CPUs and GPUs. CodeXL brings together the GPU and CPU compute tools to enable faster and more robust development of OpenCL and OpenGL accelerated applications specifically for Heterogeneous Compute application development and APUs.
CodeXL will be available in three versions:
- Plug-in, or add-on to Microsoft Visual Studio
- Stand alone software package for the Windows platform
- Stand alone software package for Linux environments
